Class registration is online only. You can make your payment by credit card or by mailing us a check.

Registration fees include all or most of the supplies you need. The class description page lists anything you need to bring with you.

Be sure to put yourself on the waiting list if a class you want to take is full. If there is a cancellation, you will be notified regarding the opening.

For most classes, the class cancellation cut-off date is September 1, 2019--but be aware that there may be some exceptions. The cancellation cut-off date is specified in the description page of that class.

If you cannot attend a class that you have registered for, you MUST contact us before the cancellation cut-off date for that class in order to receive a refund. Note that NGS will withhold $10 per cancelled class to cover processing fees. To cancel, call Patti Jo Newsom @ 817-917-7873 or email nevadagourdsociety@gmail.com.

If a class does not meet the minimum number of students by the class cancellation cut-off date, the class will be cancelled, you will be contacted and your full registration fee will be refunded.
