Class description

Have fun with Lots of "Littles", gourds 1/2" to 3" in diameter.

Several different techniques will be offered: "Loomed Beading", Faux Turquoise Painting, Wood Burning, "Looped Beading", Pine Needle Rims, and more. You get to pick which "Little" techniques you want to do. You can make as many 3 or 4 "Littles" as time permits in this afternoon class.

This class works for all levels of gourd artists and is a great way to have fun and learn a lot! Prepared "Little" gourds, paints, beads, wire, pine needles, waxed linen thread, pine needles will all be supplied.

Your "Littles" would look great displayed in a terrarium or in your curio cabinet. They also make cute, "Little" gifts.

So, what will you do with your "Littles"?

What you are required to bring

  1. Wood burner, if you want to wood burn

  2. Small detail paint brushes

  3. Your own tiny beads if desired

  4. A hand-held battery operated drill and tiny drill bits, (You can also use an electric, regular sized rotary tool with tiny drill bits).
